If you are dissatisfied with the products you ordered from Secretly Yours, please contact us and let us know. The item may be exchanged or we can provide a refund (a 20% restocking fee applies). We can also issue a store credit according to our store policy.


Special order items, attachable breast forms, garments containing a crotch (panties or swimsuits) and clearance items are Final Sale items and can not be returned unless they contain a product defect.


Unworn items in the original packaging with all labels and tags attached may be returned within 30 days of invoice. If the labels have been removed, the items do not qualify for a return under any circumstances.


You must call our boutique prior to returning any items to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will be refused. We recommend that you insure the package and keep the receipt just to make sure it is returned to us in the proper condition. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged when returned to us.


By law, intimate garments containing a crotch can not be returned once they have been tried on and/or worn. Returns will only be accepted if the item contains a manufacture defect.
